Affordable Dream House (ADH Canada Inc.) shaped and formed due to the very first construction project back in March 2012.
Farzad Sodagar, the owner, with a mechanical engineering background and more than 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in various positions such as field engineer, marketing manager, technical and training manager, etc. found his very first hobby, gutting out a house and rebuilding it. He found it a fairly easy and straightforward job compared to what he used to do with multi-million-dollar high-tech tools and equipment.
He had previously managed construction of a custom house in Alberta before moving out to Toronto.
He later on decided to establish a company in construction, help homeowners and make a difference in every construction project. A pleasant memory and a unique project for each and every customer.
Affordable Dream House has completed more than 100 projects from a simple kitchen redesign to a 10,000 square feet house.
