The Foundation
We began with project management of a custom-built, 2,650 sq. ft. two-storey home packed with premium upgrades — laying the groundwork for what would become ADH Canada.
2010
Modern Design Begins
Executed a full gut-out and rebuild in the Thornhill area with a bold open-concept, modern layout that set the tone for future projects.
2012
New Office, ThornhillExpanding Our Reach
Completed 5 diverse projects: residential homes, condos, kitchens, bathrooms, structural wall removals, and integrated security & sound systems.
2013
Scaling Up
Successfully completed 14 major projects including residential, condo, and commercial spaces like walk-in clinics and pharmacies. Services ranged from kitchen and bathroom renovations to full builds from shell.
2014
Design-Driven Approach
Another 14 projects delivered. We introduced layout planning and 3D architectural renderings to elevate our clients' design experience.
2015
Investment Renovations & Condo Projects
Completed 14 large-scale builds. Began offering investor-focused services including buy-renovate-sell strategies and partnered with condo management offices for high-rise upgrades.
2016
Diversified Across GTA
Delivered under 10 custom projects across various regions in the GTA — maintaining quality with a more tailored approach.
2017
Condo Makeovers
Redesigned and renovated numerous condo units, completing 9 unique transformations emphasizing space optimization and modern aesthetics.
2018
Real Estate & Renovation
12 custom projects, including real estate investment renovations — offering full-scope services from planning to resale readiness.
2019
Adapting During the Pandemic
Despite COVID challenges, completed 3 select projects including a full 4,500 sq. ft. home transformation.
2020
Return to Growth
Completed 7 large-scale renovations as demand surged post-pandemic. A mix of homes and commercial spaces reimagined.
