Renovating the home you already live in
Most of the work ADH Canada takes on is residential: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, condo units and whole-home renovations across the Greater Toronto Area. We work as a single point of contact from the first site visit through to the final walkthrough, so you are not left coordinating a separate trade for every stage of the job.
What a residential project with us covers
- An on-site assessment and a written, itemised estimate before any work begins
- Drawings and permit applications where the scope requires them
- Demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tiling, flooring, painting and finish carpentry
- Material selection and sourcing, or installation of materials you have chosen yourself
- Daily site protection and clean-up, which matters when you are living in the house through the work
Working around your household
Renovating an occupied home is a different job from renovating an empty one. We sequence work so that a kitchen or a bathroom is out of commission for as short a period as possible, seal off work areas to control dust, and agree in advance which hours suit your household and your building.
