Interiors planned so the finishes and the framing agree

Interior design at ADH Canada Inc. starts with how a space is used and ends with the specifications the trades install from. We plan layouts, select finishes and materials, and lay out lighting and electrical, then carry those decisions through construction so nothing gets reinterpreted on site. The same team that draws the plan is present when it is built, which removes most of the gap between the rendering and the finished room.

Space planning before finish selection

Layout comes first, because finishes cannot rescue a plan that does not work. That means walking through circulation, door swings, appliance and fixture clearances, sightlines, storage and where daylight actually falls at different times of day. In condo units and older Toronto-area homes it also means finding what cannot move: structural columns, plumbing stacks, HVAC risers, low ceilings and bulkheads. Establishing those limits early turns a wish list into a plan with dimensions.

• Tile, stone, counter, paint and hardware selections assembled as a full palette
• Lighting layout separating ambient, task and accent circuits, with switching and dimming

Holding the design together on site

Most interior projects lose their coherence in the middle, when a tile is discontinued, a countertop slab looks nothing like the sample, or an electrical rough-in lands 200 mm from where the sconce was meant to go. The fix is a documented set of selections, samples approved before ordering, and site walkthroughs at rough-in while changes are still cheap. We flag substitutions to you rather than choosing quietly, and we keep the finish schedule current as decisions change.

Budget is part of the design conversation from the start. Knowing where you want to spend and where a simpler choice is fine lets the whole scheme hold together instead of running out of money at the last room.
